One of the drivers impacting on the disability sector in South Australia is that of leadership development and to address this the SA Health and Community Services Skills Board has organised a Change Management Program as part of the Disability Sector Workforce Development project, funded by DFEEST.
The Skills Board is fortunate to have attracted UK based Change Management Specialist Kevin Paton to deliver a three day workshop for disability sector leaders to be held on 22-24th July 2008. Kevin Paton
Kevin is a Principal Lecturer in Occupational Psychology and Head of the Department of Psychology at the University of Sunderland in the UK. His main interests and expertise are in the areas of Organisation Development and Organisation Change. Kevin's specialty is the effective management of organisation change. He possesses 'academic' knowledge in this area, which includes over 20 years of experience working in and with organisations on many 'change' projects and OD programs
