Who should attend?

Managers and Workforce Development Practitioners from organisations whose employees are involved with direct care work, for example those who have staff working in disability, aged care and/or home and community care.

What will I learn in this practical workshop?

• To analyse job roles
• To develop and/or revise job profiles and identify critical skills needed for the job role using a competency based framework
• To identify the difference between an individual's actual capabilities and the required capabilities of their job roles
• To identify relevant pathways into and leading on from a job role
• To use the relevant industry Training Package to support the development of your workforce
